Privacy and discovery information

Pro7 Hub is an initiative being established by Diego Baptista de Mello Soares in São José dos Campos, Brazil. This initial website supports the presentation and evaluation of potential partnerships.

Information we request

We request professional contact details, organization information, project goals, scope, budget ranges and operational requirements. Do not submit passwords, personal documents, donor or member lists, children’s records or sensitive personal data. Describe product data only as categories.

Purpose and access

We use submitted information to evaluate your request, prepare a proposal and discuss the potential partnership. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing messages. Answers are recorded in the website database. This version has no public directory of submissions, no advertising pixels and no automated email notifications. Access by service providers is limited to hosting and the systems used to evaluate your request.

Drafts and technical data

A draft is saved on your device only when you choose Save draft. You can delete it using Delete saved draft. Hosting may process technical access information. To limit abuse, submissions include a daily derived network identifier, without storing the original IP address in the form database.

Retention and requests

Our proposed initial retention period is up to 180 days after the last evaluation contact, unless an active engagement or applicable obligation requires another period. Retention review is manual in this version. For access, correction, deletion or questions, contact Diego through the channel where you received this site, including your submission reference. A dedicated privacy contact must be added before external launch.

This initial notice must be updated with the legal entity, privacy contact and confirmed providers before the external launch.
